A luminaire designed for lighting streets, bridges, pathways and parking facilities. A dual chamber die-cast aluminum housing with an optics chamber that is physically separated from the chamber with the electrical equipment. The disassembly of the optical chamber for maintenance purposes is optionally possible. The streamlined shape and the lack of an external heat sink prevent leaves and other debris from collecting on top of the luminaire. The chamber with the electrical equipment can be opened without the use of tools. When the cover is opened, power is disconnected from the power supply system by a special disconnector. Tool-free replacement of the power supply system is possible thanks to the use of a removable plastic panel. A universal mounting bracket makes the luminaire suitable for mounting directly on a pole or on an extension arm. The luminaire's inclination angle can be adjusted within a range between -15° to +15°. The optics consist of a panel with lenses that emit a homogenous photometric solid. In the event of a failure of a single or several LEDs, the luminaire’s photometry does not change, only the luminous flux is decreased. The luminaire's construction limits the emission of light onto the upper half-space, eliminating light pollution in the night sky. This product belongs to the VMC (Virtual Midnight Control) system group. Luminaires in this group have seven predefined power reduction profiles, of which only one is active at a time. The user can send a signal using using the ATLAS ROAD controller installed in th Lighting Control Cabinet in order to change the profile. The lighting control signal is transmitted via the power line. The luminaire is equipped with a light source and separate lighting control equipment that cannot be replaced by the user.
