Opis stanowiska:

As our international business is growing, we need more unique individuals to help our Customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be an expert on our international customer needs, our products, and internal coordination. You’ll be in constant contact with people inside and outside the company. This means you’ll work very cross-functionally with lighting design, product development, logistics and more. Right now we are looking for roles for the German and French market. If the following sounds right for you, apply below!

Sales Process:
  • Engaging our customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Provide frontline technical support to Business Development/Key Account Managers
  • Understanding of customer requirements from review of Blueprints, Lighting Specifications, and/or other customer documents to build material list, counts and customer quotes
  • Provide pricing, specifications and proposal support to internal and external sales organizations
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and marketing to communicate product and support needs
  • Monitoring of customer Purchase Orders and verification against latest quote 
  • Track activity and maintain CRM database
Post Sales Facilitation:
  • Manage larger post sales and warranty resolution implementation with appropriate ES-SYSTEM department 
  • Creation and maintenance of internal documents to support account management
  • Must be able to communicate with all project players including architects, distributors, electrical/general contractors, agents/account managers/sales reps, and/or specifiers
  • Ability to learn and use internal and 3rd party sales management software and tools
  • Basic understanding and review of legal documents


  • Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience in customer service, preferable in B2B sector
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering degree preferred, but not necessary 
  • Comfortable working in an international environment, communication skills in Polish and English or German or French
  • Exceptional project management skills 
  • Knowledge of and ability to accurately apply pricing, gross profit, discounts, margin calculations 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office software, such as, Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Team Mindset and Personal Leadership
  • Technical Aptitude
